To start a remote session, please click the button below to download Splashtop SOS:

• You may need to go into your Downloads folder, and double click the file starting with "SplashtopSOS" (the full file name will be longer but should always start with this).
• Once Splashtop SOS has opened, you may need to allow some permissions for the remote connection (we can help you through this over the phone).
• Splashtop SOS will show a 9-digit number; give this to your IT Consultant and we'll be underway with the remote control session!
