As we celebrate the arbitrary turning over of the odometer from 2017 to 2018 (which, incidentally, has no astronomical significance – don’t believe me? How about Neil deGrasse Tyson?), it nevertheless provides us with a clean slate and a chance to change things for the better. Now, my New Year’s Resolution is nothing business-related (I’m trying to become a first-time homebuyer!), but I still took the opportunity to take a good look at our business model and see what could be improved on.
And so I did, and (naturally) there was something that could be improved. Those who have kept up with our services and model over the past few years know about our Preventative Maintenance subscription; well, I’m writing to tell you that I have completely restructured it to make each piece more comprehensive and helpful, which leads ultimately to a better service we can provide to our clients.
For those currently on Preventative Maintenance and wondering what this means for you, rest assured that your service will be honored as is for as long as you want it to be. Since it most closely now resembles our Proactive Prevention service, it will now be called that in your records, but otherwise no other changes will be pushed on you. (I’ve learned a long time ago that change is best done slowly, not suddenly :D)
For those not currently on any of our monthly services, I highly encourage you to check them out! I’ve included a link to our relevant website page here, and invite you to ask whatever questions you may have about any of them.
And if you are interested, or know someone who would be, I would of course love to hear that as well!
