Who We Are
We operate much like an in-house IT department or Managed Services Provider, but aligned explicitly and primarily for individuals, freelancers, solopreneurs, and small businesses with fewer than 5 staff, without the big overhead costs.
Too often, the people and businesses we serve come to us with horror stories about how their last IT person hadn't responded to their requests in days, sometimes even weeks or months at a time.
This is because independent IT Consultants get too busy to stay responsive, and other IT managed service providers (MSPs) require a minimum number of computers before they work with clients.
We use the phrase "for the other 99%" because that's our mission.
That's who we look to help - no minimums, proactively, and with good responsiveness.
